Exchange/Cancellation Policy

We do not offer online exchanges or cancellations. If you need a different size or style, we suggest that you return the original item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the size/style you prefer to ensure you get the item you want before it sells out.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to August Cloth's closing, as of July 3, we are unable to offer returns, and all orders placed will be final sale. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns for fit, and we can help you shop confidently. We recommend referencing our try on videos and measurement charts provided on each product page for more details to help you find the perfect fit!

If you received a damaged/defective item, we want to help! Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please contact our team at hello@augustcloth.com and we'll take it from there!
