We do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we suggest that you return the original item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the size/style you prefer to ensure you get the item you want before it sells out.
We want you to love your new purchase! If you aren’t totally satisfied, you may return your unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, minus shipping cost. We can refuse to process a return if the item appears to be worn or damaged by the customer. *Please note, there are no returns for FINAL SALE items.* Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with their tags attached in order to be processed for a return.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please keep record of your tracking information. A completed return form must be mailed in with the returned items. Click HERE to download an August Cloth Return Form.
All returns received will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the returned items.
SHOES must be returned with the original shoe box, intact and undamaged. The shoe box may not be used as a package, as this results in damage. Please place the shoe box inside another protective shipping envelope or box. Damage to the shoe box will make the item ineligible for return and as a result, will be marked “Return to Sender.”
