We do not offer online exchanges or cancellations. If you need a different size or style, we suggest that you return the original item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the size/style you prefer to ensure you get the item you want before it sells out.
No worries! Not every style is for everyone. And we want you to LOVE (in all caps) all of your pieces from AC! If you would like to process a return, we're happy to help! Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with original tags still attached may be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery to get a store credit. If items are returned outside of this 30 day window, you will be credited 50% of your original purchase price. Shoes must be unworn, free of any scuffs or marks, and shipped in a separate package than the original shoe box.

Once your return is received, inspected, and processed, you will receive an email with an AC gift card code in the amount of the item(s) returned (initial shipping cost will not be credited back and the cost of your weight dependent, carrier calculated return label will be deducted). We only offer store credit for returns, we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.
If you received a damaged/defective item, we want to help! Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take it from there!
