When issued a store credit for a return, you will received an email with a store credit code and store credit amount. You can use this store credit on any future purchase at August Cloth! These store credits do not expire.
If you do not use your return store credit code prior to making an additional return, any subsequent store credits will be automatically combined with your previous store credit balance. When shopping in the future, keep in mind that your store credits are automatically combined to ensure that you can easily access all of your credit on your next purchase!
Keep in mind, you can not use a store credit code in addition to a discount code. Only one code can be used per transaction. In most cases, we are able to work to provide you with the current promotional discount if you simply email us at hello@augustcloth.com immediately after purchase.
